1. Browse & Select Your Car

• Explore Our Fleet: Start by browsing our wide range of vehicles. Whether you’re looking for a compact car, an SUV, or a luxury vehicle, we have plenty of options to suit your needs.
• Filter Your Options: Use our search filters to choose the vehicle type, pick-up location, rental dates, and any additional features you may need, such as GPS or a child car seat.
• Check Availability: View real-time availability and pricing for your selected car. If your preferred car is unavailable, alternative options will be shown.

2. Make a Reservation

• Choose Your Rental Period: Select the dates and times you need the car—whether it’s a daily rental or a weekly/monthly booking.
• Add Extras: At this stage, you can add optional extras such as an additional driver, insurance, or GPS.
• Review Your Booking: Check your booking details, including the car type, rental period, and total cost.
• Secure Payment: Confirm your reservation by entering your payment details through our secure payment system. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and payment methods such as PayPal.
• Get Confirmation: Once your payment is completed, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with your reservation details and a unique booking reference number.

3. Pick Up Your Car

• Find Your Pick-Up Location: Your car will be ready at your selected pick-up location. We offer service at many convenient locations, including major airports, city centers, and train stations.
• Present Your ID & Driver’s License: When you arrive, we’ll need to verify your identity. Please bring a valid driver’s license and the credit card used for the booking.
• Vehicle Inspection: Before you drive off, we’ll do a quick inspection with you and note any existing damage. You’ll also receive instructions about key features of the vehicle and emergency procedures.
• Sign the Rental Agreement: Sign the rental agreement, which outlines the terms and conditions of your rental. If you have any questions about the agreement, our staff will be happy to help.

4. Enjoy Your Ride

• Drive with Confidence: Once everything is ready, you’re free to start your trip! Whether for business or leisure, you can use the car for your travel needs.
• 24/7 Roadside Assistance: If you experience any issues during your rental (such as a breakdown, flat tire, or emergency), our 24/7 roadside assistance is available to help.
• Fuel Policy: Our vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel. You may return the vehicle with a full tank or pay for the fuel used during your rental. Please note: if the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, a refueling fee may apply.

5. Return the Car

• Return Location: You can return the car to the same location where you picked it up, or choose a different return location if available. For airport rentals, simply drop the car off at the designated Rentagor area.
• Vehicle Inspection & Check-Out: Upon return, we’ll conduct a brief inspection to ensure there is no damage or additional issues. Please remember to return the car on time to avoid any late fees.
• Final Payment (If Necessary): Any remaining balance (e.g., extra mileage charges or fuel costs) will be settled at the time of return. You can pay by credit/debit card or any other available payment method.
• Final Receipt/Invoice: Once everything is checked, we’ll send you a final receipt/invoice by email showing the charges and any deposit returned. If applicable, refunds for unused services will also be processed.
